I love Rocket Raccoon, this car livery is based off of a cover Skottie Young painted for a Rocket Raccoon trade a few years ago. It was painted exclusively in the Forza Motorsport livery editor which if you are unfamiliar with is a layer based paint program that uses primitive shapes to create more complex ones (circles, triangles etc).
